Repair before replacement when it makes sense
A repair recommendation should reflect the condition of the equipment, the failed component, system performance, and the practical cost of the next step. Replacement is discussed when repair is not a sensible option—not as the automatic answer.
From diagnosis to the right next step
The $75 fee covers the trip and diagnosis. A recommended tune-up may include system measurements, refrigerant-performance checks, coil and drain-line service, and inspection of accessible electrical and furnace controls. Additional work is priced separately and requires your approval.
